After professing his support for a change in leadership in the Empire shortly after the destruction of Alderaan and the dissolution of the Imperial Senate, Tarn Pagott was recalled from Reserve back to active duty and sent to Lok.General Otto, leading the Lok garrison offered Tarn Pagott a chance to go back in the Reserve provided he mayored an outpost as part of a strategy to retake the planet from Nym with strategically located outposts.
