Dantooine: Two Statues

-5508 4458, elevation 47. Two statues in the Dantari style overlooking a road. One statue on each side of the road, with the far statue decorated with a bol skull.

The positionning of these statues suggests that act as "guardians" of the road or delineate the entrance to a territory. The skull may be a symbol of a threat to trespassers or the warning of a danger ahead. However, the latter explanation could be conflictual with the perceived use of totems.
