Twin Mountain Base's Museum of Natural History has been selected in the Galactic Showcase. This accolade rewards countless efforts to create a place where knowledge of the natural world and traditional cultures would be accessible and enjoyable to all.
It is also the fruit of a collective effort, where many have helped over the years - the Museum started on Tatooine in what was the Wilderness Traders Union. In 4 years since the Museum first iteration was created, small and large in kind donations, show of moral support or groups to help obtaining rare exhibits have all played a role in making this place better each time.
Over time, the concept evolved quite importantly, while it started in a small Tatooine house and moved to a Guild Hall early on, at one point it almost became divided in several small buildings, built in circle - one to house each type of collection.
A pleasant, if impractical idea, the current housing improvement collections have contributed in keeping only one building for the Museum, but with time, the collections will overgrow the walls. A day to look forward to!
In the meantime, better displays in the Flora room will be needed and the Aquarium could be better. Stuffed creatures ought to replace the current sedated pets, and, of course, any new find needs to find its way to the building.
Thanks for making this place lively and hope to see you soon there,
Tarn
